As a B2B DaaS solution with multiple products and buyer personas, People Data Labs (PDL) needed to move away from a one-size-fits-all approach. They turned to Candu’s no-code UI component builder to create a personalized, product-led onboarding experience.
Their new Candu-enabled “Getting Started” page targets and empowers trial users—getting them up and running with the PDL platform via a self-serve experience. Before Candu, existing in-app content gave users a brief introduction to key areas of the product; however, the product didn’t surface the relevant content customers needed to build data-driven products.
PDL now takes advantage of the use-case data captured during registration, which signals why each user benefits from their product. Their in-app “Getting Started” experience is tailored to their core product use cases and shows users more relevant and recommended content. The goal: improving engagement levels, reducing time to first value, and converting new users into active customers.
Ultimately, it’s a more interactive and resource-rich user experience (UX). Key content is centralized—making it easy for users to access all highly relevant information directly within PDL’s product. Candu enables PDL’s product-led growth strategy to improve conversion rates.
