Why should you use this template?

Level up your self-serve strategy

Provide your users with the information they need to be successful with your product, in an easy to digest and highly accessible way. Highlight key resources such as an onboarding guide & key contact details so users can get up and running smoothly. These prompt cards are also a great way to get started with embedding contextual advice throughout your product as they are prominent but don’t take up too much space!

Remain relevant with personalization

A new user who first logs into your product will find an onboarding guide and contact details for your team really helpful. But an activated user who has been using your platform for 3 months? Not so much! Why not use Candu’s Segmentation functionality to refresh the content you display to users based on things like user journey phase, so that your content is always relevant & providing value to your users. You can of course choose to dismiss and show no content after a certain period too!

Create. Analyze. Repeat

Some content may work and prove to be valuable to users from day one. But this is not always the case! By using Candu’s Analytics you can measure what content is being interacted and engaged with to get an indication of whether it is perceived as being useful. You can then use the Candu editor to easily change and edit content based on your learnings so that your in-app user experience is always evolving based on data and feedback from your users.
