Charlotte Brown is the Senior Director of Product at Qualia, the market leader of digital closing software in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries. Qualia, now a unicorn, was started in 2015 and has raised over $160M.
Charlotte will join us to share lessons learned from building enterprise workflow products for Real Estate and Mortgage industry -- a historically low-tech, offline market. Charlotte has prepared a story for us about how they leveraged SemanticUI design components, including "rails", to provide Qualia users dynamic and contextualized support resources in-app. This UI pattern has significantly lowered the cost of customer support and increased the ease with which Qualia users reach success.
