Adobe Creative Educators (ACE) runs an Influitive-powered community platform called ACE Space—where their network of educators can share resources, join in discussions, and complete challenges. To support the launch of a new community engagement initiative, Adobe chose Candu’s user interface (UI) component builder to create a new homepage experience each month. Candu’s no-code drag-and-drop editor allowed the team to easily make updates—no CSS or professional services required.
At the end of 2021, the ACE team launched a “Monthly Creator Themes” initiative to deliver engaging events and challenges. This created an urgent need for additional customizations to their Influitive portal, which was not readily available with the default functionality. Rather than opting for the professional services to implement custom code, ACE wanted the power to create engaging experiences themselves. Candu’s no-code builder allowed the ACE team to shorten their content production cycle to two weeks—from idea to launch, making it easy to add or edit new UI components or pages at any time.
With their newfound freedom to experiment, ACE also launched an “About Us” page—a warm welcome from the core community team to new community members. A greater sense of belonging and support encouraged new members to engage with admins and take part in the monthly challenges.
Over the last three months, the ACE community team has seen a 300% increase in engaged members, and they’re continuously looking for new ways to use Candu’s UI embeds to drive education and incentivize users to return; this includes an upcoming Resource Hub.
